Supply and installation of three automatic ramps for the loading dock as well as the metal support structure of these ramps for an industrial building.

Problem

The company had a ramp-pit where up to three platforms with containers for loading and unloading could be placed. But, since they did not have automatic ramps, they also had to place metal sheets to bridge the space between the dock and the containers. This was not only a risky job, but also a problem from the Occupational Health and Safety point of view.

Solution

After installing the three automatic ramps and their appropriate supporting metal structure, work ergonomics remarkably improved, increasing productivity and, of course, complying with all the regulations from the Occupational Health and Safety point of view.
